THE VINEYARDS

Ryan Patrick Vineyards has two Estate Vineyards providing the majority of the grapes for our wines.

BISHOPS VINEYARD
20 acre Bishops Vinyard viewed from east cliffs.  Planted in 1996, the 20 acre Bishops Vineyard, is situated west of Quincy, Washington on the Babcock Bench with vertical basalt cliffs rising 300 feet above the Columbia River. Marine influences from the river and heat retentive effects of the cliffs combine with deep loamy soil, creating the ideal site for wine grapes to thrive. 20 acres of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Chardonnay are planted at Bishops.

HOMESTEAD VINEYARDS

Established in 1998 on the Flanagan Family Estate near Quincy, Washington, Homestead consists of over 25 acres of Chardonnay vines, some of the first planted in the region. Deep loamy soil allows for moisture retention while long growing seasons ripen exceptional fruit resulting in well balanced and food friendly wines. The Chardonnay from Homestead Vineyard ranked amongst the top five wines in the Annual Washington CEO Tasting for the last two years running.
