wine club terms

Thank you for joinging our wine club! 

By enrolling in one of our wine clubs, you certify you are over 21 years of age.  All wine shipments will require an adult over 21 years of age for release of wine, as required by law.

We will notify you 20-30 days prior to the Spring/Fall wine releases that your credit card on file will be charged for the wine plus packaging, tax and shipping.   Any returned shipments to Ryan Patrick Vineyards due to inability to deliver will be the responsibility of the member.  Common couriers such as UPS and Fed Ex will attempt delivery three times before returning to the sender.

You may cancel your membership anytime prior to your credit card being charged for the wine releases, by sending us an email or calling our tasting room.

Wine shipments are limited to states that allow alcohol shipments.
